I wanted to introduce myself. I am an IT manager and have a work schedule that realy sucks so that means I can't raid or commit to a raid schedule. Things come up at work that cause me to stay late or sit on bridge calls during outages... Got to pay the bills so what can I do. With that said, here's the charity pitch: Please delete now or continue reading if you have a few minutes.

I enjoy the game, am a decent player who always looks to improve my class and team dynamics in new content. I can do this with people who really know the game well or beat my head up against the wall in pugs.

I just did a faction transfer on two of my alts, Whithrinar and Tictack and see dim prospects at best in becoming part of a good guild with members firing on more than one brain cell. Been hanging out in LFG with not very good results either.

I'm no Einstein so it is difficult to find a great guild to be part of unless I commit to raiding and a raid schedule. (This guild is one of the best on this server and I wouldn't qualify with my gear for a raid spot anyway). Am I SOL or can someone help me find a home here or on this server?
