What is your character's guild history and the reason for leaving prior guilds?
An original member of "Requiem" and 1 of the remaining 4 former Fist of Fate members (say that 4 times fast). Prior guilds would include Savage Soilders and other unmentionable baddies.

What made you decide to apply to Requiem at this time?
Potential raiding spot

What kind of raid experience do you have? Vanilla, TBC, or Wrath; list all that you think are applicable.
All TBC including SunWell(post patch sunwell). I was a full time raiding member of Requiem up until early summer of this year when I took some time off to get my RL things back in order. Obtained all the titles I currently own in WotlK while the content was current i.e. "Undying" & "Of the Nightfall" & Also was the 2ond Warlock on the server to Voidwalker tank Sarth =P & was in the original group that claimed Horde side Server firsts in Uld 25 man such as killing Yogg. The only current content I have not seen at least 1 time is 25man ToC Hardmode & sadly Alaglon =(

Our raid schedule is Tuesday and Thursday 10-1 and Sunday 9-1, can you make a minimum of 75% of these raids?
Yes, my current evening work schedule has finally setteled back down and can gaurantee my presence to this standard. Tuesday & Sunday 100%. Thursday I have a committment between 7:30pm & 10:00pm server time this will be a hit or miss night for me, I do however understand my committment I would be making and make every possible effort to be online and ready to go 30mins before raid time whenever possible. Rough guess 50%.

Post a recent WWS (or equivalent) from a raid you participated in. Feel free to explain any mitigating circumstances on the log (lack of buffs/blessings/etc...)
I could do this from older Uld raids or if even some of the alt runs I have been in are posted however I think the officers are familiar enough w/ me and my current raid DPS that I will leave this as is.

What is one thing you are currently working on to make you perform better in a raid environment?
(Gear is something EVERYONE is working on, please do not say you need gear)
Well as I have done in the past I keep myself up to date with the latest ideas and thoughts on my class via EJ and discussions w/ other people who I know have valuable insight into my class. Browsing WoW-Meter reports from across the servers to see what other Warlocks are doing to create high numbers. When I know I am of Raider status I usually spend a fair amount of time working out my rotations(on target dummies) to max out DPS as needed. I really am looking forward to seeing what the new Demo has to offer as I have in the past played Meta/Ruin as a raider for Req in 25man settings & I look forward to playing it again (maybe I should start working on this). What I certainly should continue to work on is being a more selfless member of the guild & being more willing to help others.

well there are alot <---(spelled this way to aggro Rain) of new faces around so I may as well. I'm 27, living in Lakeland Florida by way of Rochester New York (Graknal also from that area funny enough) was once employed as a Mail man, currently a commercial leasing agent by day & director of billards by night. Full time student working a way towards a degree in IT @ Keiser University. Love music, more into the local band scene now out of Tampa than mainstream stuff. First toon was my lock & still love it, don't ever wanna change my main. Working on my 4th 80 currently. And basically I play WoW to get away from RL stresses and relax.
