I would prefer to dps but i also have a good holy set. I equally skilled at both.

<Elite Alliance>-my current guild been here for about a year. Everyone here is good people but i dont feel like we ever progress into a hardcore raiding guild again.

What made you decide to apply to Requiem at this time?
Requiem's bc, wotlk progression shows me you have a staple foundation along as strong leaders in order to do this.Another thing i like is the late time slot at 10pm which you guys raid.

What kind of raid experience do you have? Vanilla, TBC, or Wrath; list all that you think are applicable.

I a 19yr kid for new york who currently resides in Atlanta for college. I spend my day splitting my time between class and wow.

You're ret spec is pretty off from what it should be. You only need 5 points in holy and 7 in prot (should be able to figure it out), which would leave you with 6 to fill out your ret correctly. The biggest flaw is no pursuit of justice... runspeed is king. You don't have it on your boots either. Also, you'll want to look into changing those glyphs around. I don't know the best ret glyphs, but I know yours aren't it.

Your holy spec is pretty far off as well... 5/5 Divinity in ret spec, but not holy? Take a look at Bloodyhealer's spec for a holy one, and to get the correct glyphs as well.

Your gear is a little behind the content we are currently working on as well, and we have a pretty solid DPS team.

Another thing to add is you should look over an app after you write it up for a guild's website, there are a ton of grammatical errors in your app. I went over this response even, seems like I spent more time/effort than you did.

Ill help you out a bit. You already have a nightmares tear in your gear so change your meta gem to the 21 agility 3% crit gem, replace those 2 stam str gems with pure str. Your spec is ok, i would drop the 3 in healing light and throw 2 of them into PoJ, take 5 out of divinity and then get divine sacrifice so your spec would be 5/11/55. Your glyphs you should change glyph of holy wrath into Seal of Vengeance since you're only at 14 expertise and you need 26, and change glyph of avenging wrath into glyph of consecration,glyph of avenging wrath is so situational its a joke and usually ends up being a mana hog, consecration glyph would help loosen up your rotation a tiny bit and it gives you some mana efficiency dropping consecrates every 10 instead of every 8. As for your holy spec i would recommend dropping purifying power and pure of heart as those are more pvp oriented talents and getting 5/5 into judgements of the pure. I would also look into getting aura mastery, it is a pretty powerful talent when used right.

also drop the holy shock and seal of light glyph in your holy set and pick up either the LoH one or beacon and seal of wisdom for the reduced mana cost.
