Requiem is a PvE raiding guild on the Drenden server focusing on progression.

While we do focus on progression and raiding, we are at heart a casual raiding guild. To some this might seem like an oxymoron, but it works for us. This means that we have a larger roster of raiders than your typical "hardcore" raiding guild because we do not REQUIRE a percentage of raid attendance each week. We ask new applicants to plan on attending a minimum of 75% of the raids, but it is only a suggestion for our current raid team. Because of the natural fluctuations in raider's availability sometimes casual members of the guild are called in to fill out a raid or sometimes raiders have to sit. No one is "guaranteed" a raid slot every night. We firmly believe that:

Quality Raid Time > Overwhelming Quantity of Raid Time

To this end, we expect each raider to use their and the 24 other raiders raid time as efficiently as possible. If you have to ask what this means, then maybe Requiem is not for you.

Within this guild you will find a huge variety of people and players. Each member is an adult and we expect each member to ACT like an adult. This means treat others with the same respect that you wish to be treated. We have a zero drama policy.

We believe that every person in Requiem should be a strong player with a deep understanding of their class. The officers, raiders and leaders of the guild are there to help you become a better player. But you have to make an effort. No one is going to hold your hand through content, run your alt through endless low level dungeons or do things for you. The tools are there to make yourself and you character a contributor to our raid environment, but we will not do it for you.

The needs of our friends within this guild and the guild itself are first. If we sense a problem with a member, it will be dealt with immediately and without second thought. This guild and its members take a very laid back, joking approach to the game and we have an extremely fun adult sense of humor. We don't believe in cliques or playing favorites. We don't show off, make fools of ourselves in general chat or on the forums as this is an embarrassment to you and by extension to the <Requiem> guild tag and will NOT be tolerated by members. We expect a level of courteousness in your in-game interactions. We expect guild members to accept personal fault for their actions. There is no blame game here, again we are all adults and we expect each member to act as such.

Do not be an annoying jerk. Be it in guild chat, raid chat, trade chat or the forums. If you do act like a douchebag then you will soon find yourself looking for a new guild.

Individuals are accepted for who they are regardless of race, color, religion or sexual orientation. Individuals will not be judged, but welcomed in to one of the finest homes on any server.
